We are seeking a dedicated, self-driven Paramedic to join our Training Division as the EMS Assistant Training Officer. This is a pivotal role for a professional ready to influence the future of our agency through high-level administrative support, clinical education, and workforce development.
In this position, you will work directly with leadership to shape our continuing education programs, mentor the next generation of providers—including interns and apprentices—and serve as a vital liaison for our community and first responder partners. We are looking for an experienced educator who is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of care and fostering organizational continuity through comprehensive training and recruitment efforts.
Key Qualifications:
Credentials: Current NC Paramedic Credential and NC OEMS Level I Paramedic Instructor status.
Education: Associate’s degree in Applied Science or a related field.
Experience: Demonstrated background in EMS instruction for EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic levels, combined with a commitment to professional growth and agency interoperability.
