The Western Carteret Interlocal Cooperation Agency, doing business as Western Carteret Fire & EMS, is currently accepting applications for the position of Firefighter/Paramedic.
We seek highly motivated and dedicated professionals who possess strong clinical skills and demonstrated competence in delivering advanced prehospital care within a 911 emergency response system. Ideal candidates will exhibit sound judgment, technical proficiency, and a commitment to excellence in patient care and public service.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Current North Carolina State Paramedic Certification
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS certifications
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
