Thank you for your interest in the initial Paramedic course.
This Certificate Paramedic Program is a year-long course divided into two divisions. The student will complete a total of 469 didactic (lecture) hours, 226 psychomotor lab (hands-on) hours and 504 clinical (field/hospital) hours within the year. Students attend a shift-friendly schedule (classes meet once a week), either Monday or Thursday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. The course includes occasional weekend and Friday classes per the course schedule.
The Certificate Paramedic 2025-2026 courses start on Monday, June 2, 2025 or Thursday, June 5, 2025. Course orientation will be held on Monday, May 19, 2025 and Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 10:00am.
