Forsyth Technical Community College is accepting applications for our 2026 hybrid paramedic academy. Applications for the Paramedic Academy will open on April 1, 2025, and will end on October 1, 2025. All EMS courses take place at the Northwest Forsyth Center located at: 3111 Big Oaks Dr, King, NC 27021.
The Paramedic Academy is an intensive, 11-month hybrid program utilizing a flip/flop schedule beginning in January 2026. This course is designed for motivated EMS professionals and combines hands-on training, clinical experience, and advanced classroom instruction to prepare you for the challenges of providing high-level pre-hospital care.
All prerequisites must be completed before applying. For students who have not yet completed Anatomy and Physiology, we will be offering another EMS-3163 class starting on 7/23/25.
