The Basic FTO course introduces the fundamentals of the EMS Field Training and Evaluation Program (EMS-FTEP™), focusing on its structure, tools, and techniques. Participants will learn about adult education principles, effective coaching methods, and the art of providing constructive feedback. They will also gain skills in evaluating and documenting trainee performance, using the specialized tools of EMS-FTEP™ such as Standardized Evaluation Guidelines, the Recruit Training Manual, and Daily Observation Reports.
