Union Emergency Medical Services, a CAAS accredited agency in metropolitan Charlotte, is hiring for a Captain (Operations Supervisor).
The Operations Supervisor is a 12-hour shift commander role overseeing an average of 10 to 12 ALS and BLS trucks per shift covering an urban/suburban/rural county of 260,000 residents across 640 square miles. During 2023, the agency responded to approximately 25,000 requests for service.
There are four Operations Supervisors, supported directly on shift by two Lieutenants.
Hourly range $26.33 to $39.49, adjusted for experience and education.
