Director, EMS Programs – Martin Community College

Martin Community College (MCC) is actively recruiting for a Director of EMS Programs. Under limited supervision, the EMS Director leads and consults proactively to address the educational needs of EMS agencies and other healthcare providers. This role supports MCC’s mission through effective management and oversight of EMS programs. Key responsibilities include developing a marketing plan to promote the program, managing budgets, documenting program outcomes, visiting classes, creating course materials, recruiting and supervising adjunct instructors, evaluating equipment and supplies, providing instructor training, supporting professional development, and teaching classes as needed.

This position reports directly to the Vice President, Continuing Education/Workforce Development, with supervisory authority over permanent part-time and contracted part-time instructors within EMS Programs.
