Forsyth Technical Community College, in partnership with 911 e-Learning Solutions, is offering EMS 3163: Anatomy and Physiology—a fully online course designed for students aspiring to become paramedics or seeking to advance their knowledge in emergency medical services. This fully online course provides a comprehensive introduction to the structure and function of the human body, designed specifically for EMS professionals and those preparing to advance in the field. EMS 3163 meets all North Carolina Office of Emergency Medical Services (NCOEMS) requirements for the anatomy and physiology paramedic prerequisite.
Upon completion, students will be able to demonstrate a foundational understanding of anatomy and physiology principles, essential for success in paramedic education and practice.
