Forsyth Technical Community College EMS Programs is seeking passionate and knowledgeable EMS professionals—both entry-level and experienced—to join our instructional team as Part-Time EMS Adjunct Instructors. Instructor Pay Rates
Diploma/Associate Degree
EMT: $32.25 per hour
AEMT: $33.25 per hour
Paramedic: $34.25 per hour
Bachelor’s Degree
EMT: $34.15 per hour
AEMT: $35.15 per hour
Paramedic: $36.15 per hour
Master’s Degree
EMT: $35.85 per hour
AEMT: $36.85 per hour
Paramedic: $37.85 per hour
Doctoral Degree
EMT: $38.30 per hour
AEMT: $39.30 per hour
Paramedic: $40.30 per hour
Supplement Pay Adjustments:
NC OEMS Level 1 Instructors receive an additional $1.00 per hour.
NC OEMS Level 2 Instructors receive an additional $2.00 per hour.
*for example a paramedic instructor who holds a Bachelors degree and a level 2 instructor certification will start out making $38.15 hr.
