The Glynn Lookabill Memorial EMS Scholarship is a testament to this commitment. Specifically tailored for EMS providers aspiring to obtain a bachelor’s degree, this scholarship honors the memory of our dear friend and tireless advocate, Glynn Lookabill, who passed away in March of 2024.

By offering this scholarship, we strive to carry forward Glynn’s spirit of dedication and encouragement, ensuring that his legacy lives on through the educational pursuits of those he inspired.

Applications must hold a current EMS credential either State or National Registry and be pursing a baccalaureate degree. Applications will be awarded based off merit and need.

The total dollar amount granted per semester will be $250, not to exceed $2000 in total. The benefit will be adjusted based on the official tuition balance after accounting for anticipated financial aid, excluding loans. If a balance remains due after adjustments, up to $250 per semester will be paid directly to the educational institution, provided the Healthcare Higher Education, Inc. Scholarship was not included in the anticipated aid
