Guilford Technical Community College will be offering a Tactical EMS course beginning in May, 2024. This course is offered in module format with 1 week of instruction per month for 5 months and will end in October, 2024.
Pre-Requisites: Current NC EMT or NREMT, AEMT, or Paramedic credential; letter from EMS or Law Enforcement Agency stating
that the student is or will be part of a tactical team. Must be able to meet NC Police Officer Physical Abilities Test (POPAT) standards.
Required Materials: Student must bring own firearms and tactical kit. GTCC EMS Program will only supply 9mm and .556 ammunition.
