Rockingham Community College is offering a two-day training class entitled Out of the Darkness on October 21-22, 2024. This class was created and is instructed by Lt. Matt Ridings. The training focusses on the many stresses that come with a job as a first responder and ways to manage these stresses, to include techniques for first responders to self-care. Class fees are waived for first responders. To register for the class, follow the link below and complete the online registration.
