RUTHERFORD COUNTY EMS SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Rutherford County, NC is seeking applicants for the position of EMS Shift Supervisor to perform administrative and supervisory work, supervise ten (10) employees, prepare scheduling of personnel, maintain day-to-day operations, respond to dispatched 911 calls in a QRV, and other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Assistant Director and work is conducted on a 12 hour shift rotation.
Minimum Training and Experience: High School graduate, NCEMT-P or NREMT-P, 5 years of field experience, supervisory experience or any equivalent combination of experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Must have a valid NC driver’s license. Criminal background check and drug test required.
