Searching for a hybrid AEMT course? Sampson Community College has developed a blend of challenging curriculum, experienced instruction and skills training, all taught in a supportive learning environment. This course will work with our working adults and offer this course on an alternating flip/flop schedule. T/W will be lecture from 0800-1700 and Th/F will meet for lab from 0800-1700.
Sampson Community College EMS Program offers a highly interactive, web-based, hybrid AEMT Program that utilizes classroom and online course material to deliver a premium educational experience. We are pleased to announce new clinical partners to include Sampson County Emergency Services, Sampson Community Hospital, ABC Pediatrics, Harnett County Emergency Services, Johnston County Emergency Services and Duplin County Emergency Services. We strive in educational excellence and provide multiple opportunities for a multifaceted clinical experience.
Our EMS Program is proud to announce high fidelity simulation. We have a simulation rig, two Ambu men, child HAL manikin, APPOLLO and ARIES along with multiple variations of simulation equipment. This will help to facilitate the learning environment for BLS and ALS students.
Students will be required to attend class on main campus on an alternative flip/flop schedule twice a week. Didactic components will be on MOODLE, seated, and will adhere to strict oversight.
Sampson Community College EMS Programs now utilize Platinum for all clinical skills/labs tracking and EMS Testing for validated test questions.
