o May be issued EMT with supporting education transcripts
o Required to test EMT without supporting education transcripts - Health Services Technician with additional training and supporting education transcripts
o May be issued AEMT or Paramedic dependent on education
o Required to test AEMT or Paramedic without supporting education transcripts
